Chelsea end Japan preseason tour with a 2-1 win over Barcelona

Two goals from Tammy Abraham and Ross Barkley was enough for Chelsea to snatch a 2-1 win over Barcelona on Tuesday in a friendly match in Japan.
Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham scored the first goal in the 34th minutes after a deflected ball rolled to his path.
Chelsea midfielder Jorginho applying pressure on Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets deflected his clearance to the path of the young Chelsea striker. The youngster had a great first touch o the ball and then rounded the goalkeeper to open the scoring for Chelsea.
A few minutes later, Chelsea midfielder Christian Pulisic showed impressive footwork to go past the Barcelona defence; however, his left-footed shot went side netting.
Barcelona went in all out to attack in the second forty-five minutes, with substitute striker Carles Perez leading the attack.
However, excellent saves by Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga denied the Spanish giant any hope of equaliser.
In the 55th minute, Barcelona midfielder Perez dribbled past three Chelsea defenders; however, his shot hot was powerful enough to beat Chelsea number one.
A moment later, he moved the ball deep on the left side to send a fast cross to Malcom, but Arrizabalaga denied them once again.
In the 81st minutes, Chelsea made it 2-0 left as midfielder Ross Barkley met a cross from Alonso in front of the box and sent in a shot into the bottom left corner of the goal.
Just before the injury time, Barcelona had the chance with free-kick in front of the box, but Ivan Rakitic’s blasted the ball over the bar.
However, Rakitic immediately made up for the wasted opportunity in the injury time. He got on a cross and sent a well-placed powerful shot as a consolation goal, eventually beating the Chelsea goalkeeper who would have loved to end the game with a clean sheet.
